Develop health education initiatives, expand community outreach and sponsor collaborative programs with other local and national health organizations. Ensure access to high-quality, affordable healthcare. Eliminate and/or reduce disparities in HIV/AIDS, respiratory diseases, obesity and related diseases including diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. Promote the development of good mental health practices and programs.
